Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and the content, photos and text are yours. If you ever leave, I'll help you move your site.
Changes to what's already on your site: new hours, updated prices, swapping photos, a new team member, a seasonal announcement. Most months, that's a few minutes of work. Larger projects, like a brand-new page or a new feature, are quoted separately before I start.
I'll let you know before it happens. Extra time is billed at $75/hour, and nothing is billed without your OK.
No. Sites are custom built, which makes them fast, secure and free of plugins that need constant updating. If you want to make your own changes, a self-edit dashboard gives you a simple way to update the parts that change often.
Your logo, photos of your work or business, and the basics about what you do. If you don't have everything, that's fine. I can help write copy and suggest what photos to take.
Yes, anytime with 30 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts.
